2.1 Registration Process

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all of them may be permanently closed and any balance or bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household have separate accounts, they must use different devices and payment methods.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login password confidential and not to share account access with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify bet bed support immediately.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• Only transactions sent from the mobile number registered on the account will be accepted.
• Deposits or withdrawals from a third party's mobile banking account are not permitted.
• Account verification must be fully completed before deposited funds can be withdrawn.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions related to that bonus have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the balance ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 General Conditions for Other Promotions

• A promotion may be claimed once only, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after wagering is completed may be withdrawn.
• If there is any suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation, bet bed reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses — ranging from 0.4% to 1.5% from Bronze to Platinum.

5.3 Right to Modify Promotions

bet bed reserves the right to change the conditions of any promotion, set time limits, or discontinue a promotion. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

Betting is available across various categories on the bet bed platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. The following general rules apply to each category.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bet bed identifies a technical error. bet bed reserves the right to void any inconsistent bets placed due to a system error.

Odds offered in the betting markets for cricket, football, and other sports are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed shall be considered final. In the following circumstances, bet bed reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Being identified as a minor.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Eligibility to recover the balance of a permanently closed account will be determined by bet bed based on the circumstances.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device.
• Unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Disruptions caused by issues on a game provider's server.
